To have your logo printed on items, we'll need a good copy of your logo. To process your order as quickly as possible without encountering delays with the manufacturer's art department, please follow these guidelines:

If your logo will print in color, please send a color logo; if logo will print in black, please send a black and white copy of your logo. Logos with screens (shades of gray) are not usable.

The best type of file to send is an eps file. An eps file can be reduced and enlarged without looking ragged.

If your logo will print with a web address or other text, sending it all as part of one eps file will work best. This also eliminates any chance for errors in the manufacturer setting any type.

If you do not have access to an eps file and want to see if another file type will work, please send it to us and we'll check with the manufacturer.

If sending a file other than eps, please make sure that the file's resolution is a minimum of 300 dots per inch. A file that is less than 300 dots per inch will print ragged.

A jpg or gif file pulled from a web site will not work because it will probably be only 72 dots per inch. If your company has loaded files on your company's web site for the specific purpose of downloading them for printing, these files should work fine in most cases.

When searching for a logo to send, please keep in mind that the clarity of the logo will directly determine the quality of the finished product.
