An integral component of the Moore Syndication’s fulfillment program is distributing a custom catalog to schools describing the educational items available from your utility. Catalogs are branded with the sponsor’s logo and can contain a message from the sponsor or they can be accompanied by a separate letter on company letterhead. This letter can go out under the signature of a utility employee.

Schools respond directly to us via mail, fax, telephone or e-mail when ordering materials.

Requests are immediately shipped to schools in a utility’s service territory.

Moore Syndication provides follow up post card reminders and telephone calls to schools which have not responded.

We provide customers with periodic reporting of quantities shipped and their destinations. We also compile results of a final questionnaire to educators seeking their comments on the program.
